(5) Conformity Assessment: Qualified ice cream is approved for import; unqualified products must be destroyed or returned; for other non-compliant items, technical treatment is required to meet standards before approval for import.
(6) Post-supervision: Customs conducts follow-up supervision and inspection on the importers filing status and import/sales records, requiring records to be retained for no less than 2 years.
