Summarize the import declaration lists of the previous month that have been cleared by the 15th of each month to form an export customs declaration form. If allowed to handle customs declaration through the list verification and summary statistics method, summarization is not required.
Shall notimport and exportInclude goods that endanger port public health safety, biological safety, import and export food and commodity safety, infringe intellectual property rights, or other prohibited/restricted goods. Establish a commodity traceability mechanism and assume quality and safety responsibilities.
Submit registration information change applications through the International Trade Single Window and select the corresponding enterprise type.
The following points should be noted during customs declaration:
Research the destination countrys customs policies and requirements online in advance, as customs declaration procedures vary by country.
Some countries require tariff payments during customs declaration, so carry currency accordingly.
Provide relevant documents such as export power of attorney, export goods details list, packing list, invoice, and export license.
